Versatile Cromwell is owned and operated by David and Marie Holden.

We have been Versatile franchisees since 2000 and we, along with our team, have an excellent understanding of our local market. We understand the extreme weather conditions that Central Otago can produce and how best to build your new garage, farm building, or home to cope with these conditions.

David, Marie and the sales team are very excited with the new range of Versatile homes – in fact we believe we have a home for everybody. Investing in the brand is something this team believe in and to prove this they have just opened their new show home, which features in the Lifestyle Range.

This is Versatile Cromwell’s sixth display home. With David’s knowledge of what home owners want in their home and Marie’s flair with decorating, they believe they can build you a home to be proud of. A home that’s functional, family friendly, low maintenance, and affordable. To help you through the build process, we offer Interior Design services to help with colour schemes and furniture choices. The Cromwell team have previously won awards through Master Builders and Versatile National awards, so rest assured you are in great hands!
